To tap into this, try activities that get you out of your head and into your body—think dance, yoga, or even a good old-fashioned walk in nature. My zone is out on the dance floor. This is where I am fully in my body and spirit. 

What about those pesky limiting beliefs? You know, the ones that whisper, "You can't do this" or "You're not psychic enough." It's time to shut those down. Start by identifying these beliefs and then challenge them. Ask yourself, "Is this really true?"

More often than not, you'll find that these beliefs are just stories you've been telling yourself. So rewrite them and watch your intuition soar!

  7. Return to the Present: When you're ready, gently bring your awareness back to the present moment. Take a few deep breaths and slowly open your eyes, feeling grounded and centered.

Energetic Cord Cutting

Energetic cord cutting is a technique used to sever ties with people, places, or situations that drain your psychic energy.These cords are invisible connections that can hold you back, preventing you from moving forward on your intuitive journey. By cutting these cords, you can reclaim your energy and enhance your intuitive clarity.

Steps to Practice Energetic Cord Cutting:

  1. Identify the Cords: Begin by identifying the energetic cords you wish to cut. These could be connections to people, past experiences, or negative thought patterns. Trust your intuition to guide you in recognizing these cords.

  2. Create a Safe Environment: Find a quiet space where you can focus without distractions. Light a candle or use crystals to create a protective atmosphere.

  3. Enter a Meditative State: Close your eyes and take deep breaths, allowing yourself to relax. Visualize a protective bubble of light surrounding you, keeping you safe and grounded.

  4. Visualize the Cords: Imagine the energetic cords connecting you to the person or situation. See these cords clearly, noting their color, thickness, and where they attach to your body.

  5. Cut the Cords: Visualize a tool, such as a pair of scissors or a sword, and use it to cut the cords. As you do this, affirm your intention to release these connections and reclaim your energy.

  6. Heal and Seal: After cutting the cords, visualize healing light filling the areas where the cords were attached. This light seals and protects your energy field, preventing new cords from forming.

  7. Express Gratitude: Thank the person or situation for the lessons learned and release them with love and compassion.

Daily Practice Tips:

  • Regular Maintenance: Make cord cutting a regular part of your spiritual practice, especially after interactions that leave you feeling drained. I do this a lot!!!! It's essential for me. 

  • Use Affirmations: Reinforce your intention to release unwanted connections with affirmations like, "I release all that no longer serves me."

  • Stay Grounded: After cord-cutting, spend time grounding yourself through activities like walking in nature or taking a bath. 

Astral Projection

Astral projection is an advanced technique that involves leaving your physical body and exploring the astral plane. Sounds a little crazy but hear me out. This practice allows you to access different dimensions and gather information beyond the physical realm. While it requires focus and intention, astral projection can provide profound insights and expand your understanding of the universe. I haven't mastered this one yet but I'm working too!

How to Practice Astral Projection:

  1. Prepare Your Space: Choose a quiet, comfortable place where you can relax without interruptions. Dim the lights and play soothing music to create a calming atmosphere.

  2. Relax Your Body: Lie down and close your eyes, taking deep breaths to relax your body. Focus on releasing anytension, starting from your toes and working your way up to your head.

  3. Enter a Hypnagogic State: This is the state between wakefulness and sleep. As you relax, allow your mind to drift, but remain aware. You may experience sensations like vibrations or a feeling of floating. It's important to allow the feelings to come; don't hold onto them. 

  4. Visualize Your Astral Body: Imagine a second version of yourself, your astral body, rising from your physical body. See it hovering above you, connected by a silver cord.

  5. Explore the Astral Plane: Once you feel ready, allow your astral body to move freely. Explore the astral plane, visit different places, or seek specific information. Trust your intuition to guide you. It will blow your mind.

  6. Return to Your Body: When you're ready to return, visualize your astral body gently re-entering your physical body. Take deep breaths and slowly open your eyes, feeling grounded and centered.

  7. Reflect on Your Experience: After your session, take time to reflect on your experience. What did you see or learn? How did it feel to explore the astral plane?

Daily Practice Tips:

  • Practice Patience: Astral projection can take time to master, so be patient with yourself and practice regularly.

  • Keep a Journal: Document your experiences in a journal to track your progress and gain insights from your astral journeys.

  • Set Clear Intentions: Before each session, set a clear intention for what you hope to achieve or explore during your astral projection.

Psychic Shielding

As you develop your psychic abilities, you'll become more sensitive to external energies. Psychic shielding is an advanced technique that involves creating a protective barrier around your aura to prevent unwanted influences from affecting you. This practice allows you to maintain your energy and focus on your intuitive growth.

Steps to Practice Psychic Shielding:

  1. Visualize a Protective Barrier: Close your eyes and take deep breaths, allowing yourself to relax. Visualize a bubble of light surrounding your body, creating a protective barrier. Think superheroes!

  2. Choose Your Shield: Your shield can be made of any material or color that resonates with you. It could be a shimmering white light, a golden armor, or a reflective mirror. Trust your intuition to guide you. Mine changes based on where my intuition leads me. 

  3. Strengthen Your Shield: As you visualize your shield, affirm its strength and impenetrability. Imagine it deflecting any negative or unwanted energies, keeping you safe and protected.

  4. Reinforce Your Shield: Throughout the day, take moments to reinforce your shield. Visualize it glowing brightly and affirm its protective power. This is important. When I get lazy about this, I end up paying for it later. 

  5. Ground Your Energy: After creating your shield, ground your energy by visualizing roots extending from your feet into the earth. This will help you stay centered and balanced. Be the tree.

  6. Express Gratitude: Thank your shield for its protection and express gratitude for the safety it provides.

Daily Practice Tips:

  • Make Shielding a Habit: Incorporate psychic shielding into your daily routine, especially before entering crowded or energetically charged environments. This is the first thing I do in the morning. 

  • Use Crystals: Carry protective crystals like black tourmaline or amethyst to enhance your shield's effectiveness. I tuck mine in my bra. 

  • Stay Mindful: Pay attention to how your energy feels throughout the day and reinforce your shield as needed.

Channeling Higher Consciousness

  6. Receive Messages: As you remain open, pay attention to any thoughts, feelings, or images that come through. These are the messages from higher consciousness. Trust your intuition and let the information flow naturally.

  7. Express Gratitude: After your session, thank the higher beings for their guidance and express gratitude for their presence.
